Web Console: manage your establishments and users

Two new features to manage workplace safety across your entire organization.

The OSHAid web console just got two highly requested features: multi-establishment management and user management. Whether you have one site or dozens, you can now structure your organization and assign the right access to the right people — directly from your browser.

Create and organize your establishments

From the Structures tab in the Organization section, you can see your company's full org chart. Each establishment appears in a clear hierarchy: bakeries, workshops, offices — everything in one place.

The "+ New establishment" button lets you add a new site in just a few clicks. Each establishment then gets its own OSHA log, risks, actions, and incidents. Prevention is contextualized: workshop risks are not the same as office risks.

Add and manage users

The Users tab gives you a complete view of everyone with access to the platform. For each user, you can see their name, email, role (Owner, Pilot, etc.), creation date, and onboarding status.

The "+ Add a user" button lets you invite a new team member in seconds. Assign them the right role: management, HSE officer, site manager, or field contributor. Everyone accesses only what they need.

Safety is a team effort

With these two features, OSHAid enables a shift from centralized management to truly collaborative prevention. Each establishment is autonomous, each user has the right level of access, and management keeps a consolidated view of everything.

These features are available now on the web console at console.oshaid.com. They are included in all plans, including the free plan.
