Create your account

Creating your account is the first concrete step. Enter your work email address and choose a password: your personal account will then follow you across every workspace you join.

Once your account is created, OSHAid immediately walks you through setting up your company workspace.

Find your company

Rather than typing everything by hand, OSHAid looks up your company from official business registry information (for example your EIN or your company name). The administrative details are then pre-filled automatically.

This step ensures your compliance records are built on accurate data: legal name, address, declared business activity.

Before confirming, take a moment to verify the information retrieved: it is your company, the right address, the right activity. You can correct anything that needs it.

By confirming, you create your workspace: this is where your hazards, your actions, your documents and your team will live.

What to do if your company is not found

A recently formed company, or one still being registered, may not show up in the automatic lookup. In that case, you can enter the information manually and create your workspace as usual.

Company not found?

First check the spelling and the EIN you entered. If the lookup still returns nothing, create your workspace by entering the information manually — you can complete it later.
