What OSHAid is

OSHAid helps businesses build and maintain their workplace safety and OSHA compliance records. Instead of starting from a blank document or a spreadsheet, you follow a structured journey that covers the whole process: identifying hazards, assessing them, planning preventive actions, and producing the final documentation.

The app is designed for people who are not safety experts: the vocabulary is explained, the steps are guided, and suggestions tailored to your industry save you time.

A guided journey, step by step

OSHAid guides you from start to finish. Each step builds on the previous one: you create your workspace, describe your business, assess your hazards, then build your action plan. At any moment, you know where you stand and what remains to be done.

The goal is to turn an obligation that feels complex into a simple journey, where your first tangible result — clear, complete, actionable OSHA compliance records — is within quick reach.

Follow the journey in order

The articles in this documentation follow the actual product journey. If you are just starting out, read them in order: each step prepares the next.

Solo or as a team

Your safety records can be built alone — for example by the owner of a small business — or as a team, involving the people who know the shop floor. OSHAid supports both ways of working.

If you work with others, you can invite your coworkers and split the roles: some assess hazards, others drive the actions. This is covered in detail in Invite your team and manage roles.
