OSHAid is a mobile and web solution built to simplify hazard-assessment management and turn it into a practical, living tool that teams actually use day to day. Where workplace hazard assessments are often perceived as an administrative burden, OSHAid transforms them into a prevention process that is simpler, more accessible, and more operational on the ground.
The solution is designed for small and mid-sized businesses, HR leaders, executives, managers, and any organization that wants to better evaluate, track, and reduce occupational hazards while saving time on compliance management.
OSHAid's core idea is simple: turn hazard management into a driver of performance. By helping companies more easily identify hazards, structure their prevention actions, and better steer their safety program, OSHAid improves OSHA compliance, productivity, team well-being, and overall organizational quality at the same time.

OSHAid is a hazard-assessment and prevention platform designed to fit every kind of organization — from sole proprietors to large enterprises. As an end-to-end solution, OSHAid lets teams assess, measure, and reduce workplace hazards with a structured, AI-assisted approach. Its architecture delivers concrete benefits for users:
Universal access — Compatible with virtually every device on the market, OSHAid ensures every employee can connect immediately, with no hardware constraints.
Mobile-first — Native mobile apps deliver unmatched agility to capture, view, and update field data in real time.
Pre-loaded industry templates — Hazard assessments draw on industry-specific references, dramatically speeding up rollout.
Dedicated OSHA AI agent — A smart assistant focused on OSHA compliance and workplace safety best practices. Continuously connected to the user's data, it accelerates hazard assessment and enriches the action plan.
Google Cloud infrastructure — Data is secured, encrypted, backed up, and continuously synchronized. The infrastructure scales natively to support the largest organizations.
By combining universal accessibility, native mobility, a dedicated AI engine, and a top-tier cloud infrastructure, OSHAid brings into one platform what until now required several separate tools. The result: the most advanced and most user-friendly solution on the workplace-safety market.
But OSHAid goes beyond the tool itself. Where hazard assessments are traditionally seen as a regulatory chore — time-consuming, complex, and reactive — OSHAid turns them into a true strategic lever. By making the process fluid, intuitive, and intelligent, the platform turns every assessment into an opportunity: surface improvement areas, optimize working conditions, reduce absenteeism, and strengthen employee engagement.
With OSHAid, OSHA compliance stops being an administrative burden and becomes a durable engine of performance.

Messages clés / Points d’argumentation
1. Un constat alarmant : la sinistralité et l'absentéisme explosent
According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, private-industry employers reported approximately 2.6 million nonfatal workplace injuries and illnesses in 2023, while 5,283 workers died on the job — roughly 14 deaths every day. Musculoskeletal disorders remain one of the top drivers of lost-time injuries, and cases involving days away from work continue to climb. On the absenteeism side, mental-health-related leave is rising and workers' compensation claims tied to chronic exposures keep growing year over year. The cost of doing nothing keeps growing — every year, more workers are hurt, more days are lost, and more compliance programs underperform.2. Un coût économique colossal pour les entreprises
According to the National Safety Council, work injuries cost the U.S. economy over $170 billion each year in direct and indirect expenses, including lost wages, medical care, administrative costs, and motor-vehicle property damage. The indirect costs of an accident — production downtime, training replacements, equipment damage, investigation time, lost productivity, and reputational impact — typically run three to five times the direct medical and compensation costs. For a single recordable injury, that often translates into tens of thousands of dollars of total impact. Beyond the line item, the disruption hits productivity, team morale, delivery commitments, and employer brand.
3. Prévenir coûte moins cher que subir
Every dollar invested in workplace safety and prevention returns roughly two to six dollars in savings, according to studies cited by OSHA and the Liberty Mutual Workplace Safety Index. Cutting incident frequency lowers workers' compensation premiums, absenteeism, turnover, and replacement costs. A safer workplace also strengthens employee motivation, improves your reputation, and makes recruiting easier. Prevention isn't an expense — it's one of the highest-return investments a company can make.
4. Une obligation légale aux conséquences lourdes
Under OSHA's General Duty Clause (Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act), every employer must provide a workplace free of recognized hazards likely to cause death or serious physical harm. Most industries are also subject to specific OSHA standards — recordkeeping (29 CFR 1904), hazard communication, PPE, lockout/tagout, fall protection, and many more. Penalties for serious violations can exceed $16,000 per violation, with willful or repeat violations exceeding $160,000. On top of fines, employers face civil liability, OSHA citations, mandatory abatement, and — in cases of willful disregard — criminal exposure for the responsible officers. Recent enforcement actions show OSHA fining employers heavily for missing or inadequate hazard assessments. The risk is not theoretical — it is enforceable, financial, and personal for leadership.
5. La sécurité, pilier de l'engagement et de la fidélisation
Beyond compliance, workplace safety is a powerful signal to employees. A company that invests in prevention demonstrates that it values its people. In a tight labor market, that's a real differentiator: employees stay longer, get more involved, and become advocates for prevention themselves. Conversely, neglecting safety fuels mistrust, disengagement, and absenteeism.6. iDuerp : la première plateforme qui transforme l'obligation en avantage
Despite what's at stake, most companies still manage their hazard assessments with spreadsheets, Word documents, or paper forms — tools that are slow, error-prone, and unfit for purpose. OSHAid is the first platform built to make OSHA compliance genuinely accessible, fluid, and intelligent. By combining universal access, native mobile apps, pre-loaded industry templates, a dedicated AI agent, and secure cloud infrastructure, OSHAid removes the friction that kept companies from making prevention a daily reflex — instead of an annual chore.

Biographie des fondateurs
When technology meets the field
OSHAid was born from the meeting of two complementary types of expertise — and that complementarity is exactly what makes the project strong.
Jean-Christophe embodies the user OSHAid is designed to serve. With more than thirty years in the milling and artisan bakery industry — successively as an employee, sales director, and owner of eight bakeries — he knows the operational realities of small and mid-sized businesses inside out. He understands what it means to lead teams on the floor, deal with everyday physical hazards, and carry the legal responsibility of an employer. For him, prevention isn't an abstract concept — it's a lived necessity.
Denis brings deep mastery of digital and mobile technology, built inside major U.S. tech organizations. Complex portfolio management, high-performance solution architecture, and large-scale deployment: his background lets him design a platform that combines technical power and ease of use. He is the one who gave OSHAid its technological DNA — universal access, native mobile apps, cloud infrastructure, and artificial intelligence.
This rare alliance is what sets OSHAid apart from its competitors. On one side, an expert who can build a platform at the cutting edge of innovation. On the other, a hands-on entrepreneur who makes sure every feature answers a real need — not a vision disconnected from how businesses actually operate. OSHAid wasn't built in a lab — it was built at the intersection of technology and field experience.
